Christmas is all wrapped up!

Thanks to the help of our lovely community and some wonderful organisations, we had an AMAZING grand total of 4485 selection boxes donated this year! That’s 4485 children who woke up with a present this Christmas, who may have otherwise received no gifts!

Every one was wrapped carefully by our awesome volunteers, and then finished with a Christmas card to give an extra-special personal touch.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated a selection box, or a generous financial donation. We’ve all been blown away by everyone’s generosity, and we are so grateful to everyone for your support!

As well as these selection boxes, we also had a few extra referrals asking for Christmas presents for vulnerable families. We want to thank everyone who has donated brand new toys, gift sets and hampers for these families - as your contribution has made some children very happy this Christmas.

Finally, a huge shout-out to Neil O’Mahoney! Neil had an awesome idea to wear a Derby football shirt - a team he does not support to raise money for Forget-Me-Notts! This inspirational man managed to raise almost £500 for our Christmas project, helping us to support the families in our community and make their Christmas extra-special.
