"It's like Christmas"

It always puts a smile on our faces when deliveries arrive from our Amazon Wishlist but this week, we had so many parcels, it was like Christmas!

When our team install beds, they love to be able to make them up with fresh new bedding (when possible) and it is always very gratefully received by the families and social workers alike. The children don’t often have new things and the feedback from social workers is that they always look forward to their first night’s sleep in their new, cosy bed. Some even climb straight in for a nap!

Unfortunately we do not receive a notification when a purchase is made from the Wishlist so although the surprise parcels are fun to receive, it means that we can’t thank donors personally as we don’t know who they are.
So, this is a HUGE thank you to everyone who has purchased items to be sent directly to us! You are making such a difference to the lives of the children and their families.
