We are delighted that you are applying to be part of the Hope Alive Tour. Please read the form below carefully and provide all the required information. As there are many aspects to the tour, we would ask that you take the time at this stage to make sure everything is completed and submitted before the due date.
We will let you know if your application has been successful 1 week after all the information is received. Once you have been accepted you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit within 1 week of the acceptance date. Your position on the tour is subject to the deposit being paid. Failure to pay the deposit in time will result in your place being offered to the next available runner.
The tour fee covers all essential food, water, accommodation and transport for the duration of the tour. There are a maximum of 9 places on each tour and these are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If not enough places are filled by the closing date, then applicants will be contacted to arrange a change of tour or a refund of the deposit.
