I have known Natasha since she was born and had the pleasure of knowing her parents before they passed away.

Watching her grow up and witnessing her seize the opportunity of an education through ‘Keep a Child Learning’ has made me incredibly proud of this young lady. Her attitude is outstanding and she has reaped the rewards of not letting life’s tragedies pull her down.

It is in moments like these that I am so grateful Operation Orphan exists, so grateful for everyone who supports the children and so grateful for those that care for the children. I want to say a huge thank you to my mother Pam, who took Natasha under her wing when her folks passed away and has nurtured and mentored this precious young girl through her formative years.

Through ‘Keep a Child Learning’ Natasha will be able to continue her education and begin her A levels. We spoke the other day about the importance of a positive attitude, good character, hard work and being trustworthy. This young lady has demonstrated and grown in all four of these and I know she will be one of those people that truly makes a difference in her world. I could not be more proud of her.
