DANBRO (Fundraising solutions for charities!!)

Over the past 6 months DANBRO (Accounting solutions for Contractors) have been taking part in lots of fundraising for Operation Orphan and have so far managed to raise £1,126!

They have a charity committee dedicated to planning events and so far this year have held cake sales in the office, taken part in car boot sales and held a pub quiz. At the end of September they are holding a black tie, casino night which promises to be a great evening and they hope to raise even more money. In October they are holding a ‘wear your slippers to work day’ alongside a Halloween themed cake sale. Keep those crazy ideas coming!

Currently the committee are busy planning the events for 2013 which so far includes a black tie charity ball in May. If anyone would like to attend or support this event, please contact Fiona Hally at DANBRO: fionah@danbro.co.uk.

DANBRO also managed to collect over 12 bin liners full of children’s coats for the ‘keep a child warm’ scheme which was gratefully received.
