Fun-raising!

Chilwell school has an on-going partnership with Operation Orphan and choose to help us in a number of different ways. This particular blog is to acknowledge their efforts in raising well needed funds for our projects around the world.

Thanks to these girls (pictured) especially for the cake sale they organised completely off their own backs following a non-uniform day arranged by Miss Smith (above). Miss Smith was so proud of them, she insisted they were in the photograph.

We so appreciate all the help Chilwell School offers to our charity, both through Keep a Child Warm and their amazing fundraising efforts.

The wonderful part of my job is when I get to say to people that 100% of this donation will be used to help the children we support – and not a penny on our UK admin costs. So, thanks for this £771.97 and be assured, every single penny will be put to excellent use.
