‘Donate an Egg’ scheme at Morrisons

The Forget-Me-Notts team are already working hard again to get everything ready for the Easter distribution of chocolate eggs.

Morrisons in Bulwell, and potentially two more stores, have agreed to advertise our ‘Donate an Egg’ scheme. Morrisons’ prices are incredibly low (just £1 for a Medium Cadbury’s Easter Egg) and they have agreed to be a collection site for anyone wanting to buy an egg and donate it to Forget-Me-Notts. We will then collect them and add them to the eggs we have purchased, pack them on 4th March and distribute them to care providers across Nottingham and the East Midlands in time for Easter.

We also have a friend who works at the Legal Aid Agency in Nottingham who has told her colleagues about the ‘Donate an Egg’ scheme and they are well on their way to collecting 100 eggs!
