Santa revisits!

Just before Christmas we visited one lovely family of four who urgently needed their beds replacing.

The two little girls had beds which were sodden and torn but we were able to give them brand new, comfy Simba mattresses.

Then… 2 months later after playing on our minds that the eldest had been sleeping on an old mattress on the floor in the attic room. We went back with a new bed! The stairs up to his room were broken and none of the kid’s bedrooms were very welcoming. The social workers dream was to not only replace the beds but to make their rooms a little more fun and a happy place to be! We brought pop-up tents with us which they were quick to build and played inside. It was so encouraging to see their excitement and best of all, the little girls couldn’t wait to show off their beds and had remembered us from just before Christmas.
