A Night To Remember

My name is Helen, I am a member of the Danbro fundraising committee.

September 28th was certainly a night to remember! Danbro, a corporate sponsor of Operation Orphan, held a fun filled charity casino night at Rouge bar in Blackpool.

It was attended by company employees and their family and friends of which filled the venue. Guests were able to try their hand at blackjack, roulette, American craps and the wheel of fortune aswell as take part in a raffle. Prizes were donated by local businesses as well as Danbro’s directors (also trustees of Operation Orphan) Helen and Damian Broughton.

Danbro’s charity committee were thrilled to secure a free venue (Rouge) and free catering by the Mandarin Restaurant also located in Blackpool. The night proved to be a massive success raising £1125.62! This event is one of many the committee have organised and we are thrilled to represent such a worthwhile cause.
