Risley Fashion

What a wonderful evening we all had at the Risley Fashion Show! This was definitely a whole team effort with people contributing in so many ways to pull off a great event.

I would like to personally thank the team of amazing stylists from Michael Stark Salon, Beeston for styling the models and to Sam and Olivia for make-up.  The Village Hotel has been amazing in helping us since we first started and each year they help us to pull off a fantastic fundraising event. 

Thanks also to Model Students for our beautiful models and to my wonderful friends for saying yes to jumping on the catwalk (borrowed from Meadow Lane Infants School) too. It was so brilliant and you should all be very proud of yourselves. 

The raffle was amazing, including donations from Denby Pottery, Jamie Oliver’s restaurant, Beautiful Feeling, The Village and so many more.

The grand total raised from this evening was £1526.75 which I am VERY thankful for. Thanks to the 180 ladies who attended and those who made cakes and volunteered to help to make the evening successful. Of course, thanks also to Risley Fashion House for putting on a great show and for donating some commission from their takings to the charity also.
