 Waste Nott Want Nott is still here to help you, help the environment, and help vulnerable children.

The safety of our customers and team is our top priority, and as our whole service started up during lockdown, not much is changing with the new Covid-19 guidance. Here’s a reminder of what we do to keep everyone safe:

• Contactless collections: leaving your items outside your house (covered if it’s raining!) means that the team don’t have to enter your home or speak to you to complete the collection – you don’t even need to be in! If you do need to come in contact with the team for any reason, we will wear face coverings and maintain distance where possible.

• Regular hand sanitising: our team are sanitising and washing hands regularly while we’re out and about completing your collections.

• Keeping an eye on our own health: if any member of our team experiences symptoms of Covid-19 or receives a positive test result, we will make sure they are able to stay at home until it is safe for them to get back out of the road! Please let us know if you or a member of your household are unwell so that we can take measures to complete your collection safely.
